A bit about me
My work is purposefully varied
I’m passionate about senior executives performing at their best, and about what honest communication does to a culture. I’m just as passionate about small and medium business owners — I’ve been one for most of my life, building from scratch and taking over companies that were struggling.
Don’t let one put you off the other. Yes, I work with some large global brands — you can see them below. If that makes you think you’d be too small, or that I’d be too expensive, neither is true.
I started my first business in my bedroom at 19 and sold it at 23. I’ve been coaching for 18 years, full-time since 2015. My own companies have gone from 2 people to 38 and, at the other end of the scale, from 15 to 400 with offices worldwide.
